...together with her husband Pavel (a beekeeper since the nineties) she grows fruit and vegetables working the hard red soil mixed with lots of stones. The hard work rewards them with produce all year round; produce which is either used in the kitchen or processed in the laboratory – it is turned into syrups, pickled vegetables, tomato sauce, herb seasoning and of course five different types of honey. No artificial preservatives or thickening agents are used. Only fruit, sugar and lemon. No chemicals are used in the kitchen garden and orchard, and the crops are rotated every year.
